About Us: Homefront Brands is expanding its call center and is seeking experienced individual to join our growing teams. Our call center supports multiple brands, including Window Hero (window cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing services), Top Rail Fence (fencing installation and repair), and The Designery (kitchen, bath and closet design). We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer service.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Inside Sales Call Center Agent with a strong background in brand specific or related services. In this role, you will generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and schedule service appointments. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, persuasive, and knows how to speak confidently about exterior cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads for the assigned brand.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, guiding customers through service options and scheduling appointments. Convert leads into booked jobs and achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
  • Provide a positive customer experience that reflects the quality and professionalism of our company.
  • Stay updated on company services, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in home services or similar service industries.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable using ServiceMinder for scheduling, lead management, and tracking service requests.
  • Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP/telephony systems for managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating cloud-based applications. Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional, positive demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and customer interactions effectively.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new software or system updates.
  • Flexible schedule, including potential evenings or weekends to accommodate customer availability.
