Position reports to: Brand President
Direct reports: Salesperson, Operations Manager (Future)
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 plus variable compensation, benefits, and potential for equity in business, use of company truck

- Can read and understand a P&L
- Understands job/labor/product costing
- Can create/follow/reconcile a monthly budget
- Tracks activities, progress, adjusts, wins/losses, learnings
- Intuitively reactive: can understand an issue, determine courses of action, and deliver an appropriate outcome when not immediately recognized
- Uses CRM for all activity
- Understands the sales and production cycle
- Can train others
- Performs sales estimate visits, effectively prices based on established guidelines and CRM procedures, and converts leads into sales.
- Actively networks in community to drive referral opportunities.
